They are demonised and despised
From 'hoodie-tops',red glowing eyes
Stare out on 'Broken-Britain's' streets
To the thumping sound of bass-bin-beats.

Teenage monsters set to DESTROY!
The mugging, thug-like 'TEENAGE BOYS'

As politicians plan crack-downs
On teenage tearaways in towns
It starts to jar, this projected truth
With the reality of our youth

What papers brand 'feral' 'hoodie' 'yobs'
Are kids with qualifications and no jobs
Most ambitious and polite
They go on Facebook instead of fight

If street corners are areas of congregation
It's because towns breed alienation
Where corporate golf-courses outweigh facilities
Aimed at young people of all abilities

So don't assume that a boy with a hood
Is a no-go-holligan up to no good.
The majority are happy, ambitious and fun
They carry a smile not a knife or a gun!
