Moving On

The World hasn't
stopped for you.
It hasn't stopped for
me to grieve my loss.

The World keeps on
ticking by,
People still jostle
in bright colours on the
highstreet.

Exams have not been
delayed because
you are not here;
Teachers keep on teaching,
Students continue learning.

Whilst i am still here,
frozen in my
black clothes,
sauntering through
alleys. Time
will not wait for me.
