I hold my life up like a sheet,
look through it and see lovers lives shape;
rectangle, rhombus,
nonagon.
I make holes -
run my tongue along edges.
Do sums,
my heart is heptagon tesselating.
The circle that sung about love being a ring
of 2 pence pieces.
The obtuse triangle
who protested at train stations,
the perfect polygon
who stretched,
the overly ambitious vertex
who forgot content,
the comfortable convex
who needed edges,
you are segments.

I think it either has to be
I think it either has to be 'my heart is a hectagon' or 'my heart is hectagonal'.
Also typo on comfortable at the end!
I like this - but maybe the shapes could change as life changes, there should be some fluidity in the image?
