Hi Tina, love the fourth stanza: black and white snowmen with black and white smiles black and white magic in the eyes of a child. Really lovely verse, but the whole poem sounds really good, especially in this weather. Thanks for a beautiful read. Nice one for the IP. Jenny.

A lovely original way to see the snow, I can imagine children chanting this, it flows so well.

Skipping rhymes...how I remember them well:-) 'Salt, mustard, vinegar pepper...Those were the days. Thanks for your 'colourful' comment, Dan. It was always my ambition to be able to knit mittens, but scarves are my speciality;-) Tina x
