Jennifer Jane and the fireworks 3/3

At last Guy Fawke's day arrived. Dad was making a big bonfire for the evening and Jennifer Jane went off to see the giant, as she was quite sure that Barnacle Bill would have delivered the fireworks by now.
The giant said he was very sorry, but he hadn't heard from Barnacle Bill since the tea party.
She walked home again rather sadly. Perhaps the goblin boatyard didn't have any distress signals after all. As she came back into the garden her Father called from the house.
"Hurry up" he shouted, "your parcel has arrived."
The large parcel was addressed to 'Miss Jennifer Jane' and in smaller writing was a note that said, 'from C.W.Jones Esq.'
The family was most excited as she opened it. Inside were lots of very large rockets, blue lights, red lights and many other wonderful things.
That evening was one of the best bonfire nights Jennifer Jane and her parents had ever had. All the fireworks went off perfectly and were much better in every way from the ordinary sort that could be bought in the shops. Then at last when all the fireworks were finished and the bonfire had died down to a heap of glowing embers, they all went indoors.
"I think your friend Mr. Jones must be a seafaring man,” said her father, "next time you see him thank him very much for all of us won't you."
Jennifer Jane promised that she would and then went and stood at the back door looking at the remains of the bonfire.
Suddenly a rocket was fired from the middle of the woods and soared up into the sky. It went up and up, much higher than most and then burst with a loud bang and a shower of red, white and blue stars. The faint 'boooom' of a foghorn came through the night. Jennifer Jane went to bed happily, knowing that at least one extra person had enjoyed her special fireworks display.
