Ode to a Wheelie bin

Wheelie bin, wheelie bin, where can you be?
You walked off and left me, so soon after tea.
I’d just filled you up - with the nicest of things,
How could you repay me by fledging your wings?
You must have have been kidnapped, why else would you roam
When you were endowed - with a beautiful home,
A view of the street and a nice bit of green,
The handsomest wheelie bin - ‘ere to be seen.
So trim, and so neat, and so clean, and so pure,
Your downfall has been your seductive allure.
Whoever has got you, I hope from my heart
You’ll stink the prat silly.... with fart.. after fart.
