The knife in the hand of a lover
on a cold autumn day
slips deliciously between my shoulder blades
and I scream a little liquid
things look a little hazy
as I lay dieing
on green grass dyed blood red
painted by the blade of a lover
she smiles, crimson lips
and watches me fade away
on a cold autumn day
on red grass dyed green with envy
