In Autumn-time
leaves fall
and squirrels search
among the woods
my friends prepare
for hardy times
my home is warm as
I watch them.

Hi Richard, I really enjoyed this poem, because I've been watching the squirrels in the garden eating the bird food, they are so amusing to watch. Thankyou for sharing this seasonal poem. Jenny.
