Buried in boundless, sacred plains of azure;
the turning key of time unveils your treasure;
tipping a pot of gold of endless measure;
kindling, in all childkind, bright flames of pleasure.
Lion of light; in your mane, our spirits roar;
watchful eye guarding the infant of our Spring;
foe of winter darkness yields before your sword;
all the world enfolded in your warm and golden wings.
Who hopes to conquer all the world,
let them first learn to shine as brightly as the sun;
be a founder of hope and a saviour of joy;
bring gifts as sweet as Summer to everyone.

Hi JoHn,
I could imagine going to the top of the highest
mountain and reading this, it was as though you
were speaking to nature itself as you wrote it,
to the places where humans very rarely tread.
Really beautiful.
Jenny.
