I picked up litter in the park today as it was spoiling the view. I stopped and waited patiently at the traffic lights and as I waited I was able to absorb what I saw and felt and didn't get cross at all. I met with a elderly lady, I have known her for several years, and just had a natter over lunch. I've picked up other things to do during my day which has left me feeling my life has been useful. Words are never wasted are they...no saint me...just someone who is glad to have life.
