Don't look down
Eat your breakfast
before it gets cold
Don't rehearse old moves
You're playing mind games
It was too long ago
Look to where you're headed
Ignore the wind
and the stinging sleet
Think of the next hand-hold
and where
you're going to put your feet
Are you going
to drink your tea?
