Why are Hoodys so cold?.

I realised some time ago that I could never be a Hoody! 2 reasons. Firstly I'm far too old and secondly I'm just not cold enough!
I was coming out of a supermarket a few weeks ago and there were a group of Hoodys hanging around outside.
I think thats we call them now anyway. Years ago they would have just been called young lads or teenagers but now they're called Hoodys.
Easy to see why, they were all wearing a sweat shirt with a hood. All of them had there Hoods up, two of them were even wearing a baseball cap under the hood, nothing wrong with this of course, each to their own, but it was 28 degrees on this day! I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt, so were most other men in the area. Woman were wearing short skirts and a blouse, everyone looked nice and cool. Except of course the "Hoodys".
One of them even had a jacket over the top of his sweat shirt!
I sat in my car for a while watching these young "Hoodys". I realised that there must be some kind of Hierachy involved. The more clothes that you wear must mean you are higher up than the others. The guy wearing a ton of clothes was obviously the leader. This was the guy with the jacket on. I noticed what he was wearing, baseball boots, jogging bottoms ( very baggy), sweat shirt with hood, big puffer jacket, baseball cap and Hood. This meant that he must also be the coldest!
So it also means that to be the leader of the Hoodys, you also have to be the coldest.
So I repeat " Why are Hoodys so cold?"
