God’s Voice in a Stillness

The steeple nudges
above tree tops

foliage wrestled aside
as God’s finger
points the way to Truths--
Love and Forgiveness.

Lights sparkle as diamonds
lamp poles scattered
below the hill--
destinies are highlighted

children
adults and other members
of families
asleep within the castles
of their inheritance.

Peace is God’s smile
upon His block.
