the angels have a hymn to sing

so lovingly designed

the devil has us manacled

our feet and hands, he'll bind

the angels have a harp to play

but not an axe to grind

the devil loses riches

if we choose to make him poor

and giving gifts to angels

makes us wealthy even more
.

so take the devil's weapons

and you'll even up the score

then latch on to an angel
