November wind, don’t blow too hard;

the Autumn leaves are bright and gay;

like golden stars and amber shards

but you will blow them all away.

 

November wind don’t be so rough;

you’ll shake the leaves from every tree.

Winter will get here soon enough

so why not let bright Autumn be?*.

 

 

 

*(As in ‘Let it be’ = Leave it alone)

nice, the leaves are splattered everywhere just now. Soon be mush.

Time is always in a rush; always sweeping with her brush. What was lush turns into mush, then snow falls down that turns to slush but then the Earth begins to push and, from the Earth, birth starts to gush and pretty flowers bloom and blush till all the world grows green and lush again.
