An Introduction
P K Routray
ॐ is an holy expression
in the Hindu, the Jain and the Buddhist religion
A U M is the prefered pronunciation
of this great symbolic Heavenly expression.
A U M get combined in a compound letter
where great wisdom each of its letter stands for.
This is the sound heard by monks in meditative contemplation
created by the sun, planets and stars while in the cosmos they are moving on.
A stands foe action, U for utterance, M stands for mind
in the harmonized combination of these three only the bliss man can find.
Also A symbolizes the creator, U for the sustainer nourishing the creation,
M stands for the destroyer to complete the cycle of creation to dissolution
A U M is the primordial sound at the start of the creation
A U M also contains all phonetic sounds so far heard and known.
A U M stands for the Brahma, the truth, consciousness and bliss
thus this novice could submit with reverence to this letter from his heart’s abyss.

"A U M also contains all phonetic sounds so far heard and known." Does it? Perhaps I'm being too literal. Not quite sure what I'm supposed to get from this poem to be honest?
Thanks for reading. I am grateful for your time.
