“I don’t care to belong to any club
that will have me as a member",
Groucho Marx reputedly said,
but in jest, we have to remember.
He was the master of quick wit
but his humour was not untoward.
Any society would’ve been proud
to have that comedian on board.
But in some clubs ingress is hard,
if blackballed you’ll never get in.
They will accept you if you’re rich
or if a member is your next of kin.
There is a political-economic union
with strict rules about membership:
go off the rails and you pay the price;
it may even cause severe hardship.
What does one do if that happens?
If you can’t stand the excessive heat
get out of the kitchen, it’s the advice.
It is a solution members may greet.

If this is about the
If this is about the political setups, I think I can't properly comment, though it has its usual neat form.
As for clubs,I guess we have to remember the old adage that if you find a perfect one, it wont be so once you have joined, - we all have our irritations to others!
Actually I suppose in politiical/econmic unions there'll always be accusations of who's benefitting, and who's losing (giving)? Rhiannon
