Water slows the troubled heart

Hidden the midnight moon

Lost in a veil of darkness

Travelling through the cities of time

In silence and blue that does not exist

The rain calms all thought

West winds carry it further and further

Throughout the valleys of loneliness

 

Oceans soothe the troubled mind

Open to the starry sky

Found in its sparkling waves

Roaming from shore to shore

In a pounding surf, in a roar of release

Water cleanses all thought

Night winds carry it higher and higher

To Orion and Sirius where we once came from.

This is so soothing and calming, especially as I'm a water sign and ruled by the moon too. Captured my imagination perfectly.

thanks, Jenny.  I am familiar with water signs, my husband is aquarius...

Yes I painted this picture (I am a digital artist) but it is so small you probably are not able to see it...

That's amazing, I've never heard of a digital artist before, but then again I'm not really a technical type of person.

You are right, there is something so calming and soothing about water. A lovely way to say it.
