Meditation

Fingers lightly touching
melting into fleshy skin,
an adventurer exploring
locating warmth within,
every corner of this essence
going deeper to the core,
discovering what's buried
in the depths of my soul,
soft dreams scan the mind,
drifting through cells where
secrets lie...every breath lifts
this heart, I'm sustained...
holding longer to each inhalation,
then letting go, as difficulties are
dispelled...like leaves in Autumn
are scattered and taken by the wind.

This is such a beautiful
This is such a beautiful meditation, Jenny. The breaths, the letting go like leaves in autumn. I'm going to use this one. It's wonderful. And so is the picture.

Hi Jenny
Hi Jenny
It really is a beautiful poem, and I too love the idea of exhaling all those autumn leaves.
