Strength

The soils you used to bury her deep
You thought her brightness for you could keep

Her tears they puddled and covered her being
Drowning in sadness was what she was feeling

But this water ignited the strength of her soul
to survive this place and escape was her goal

She had seeds in her feet that sprung forth with life
Pushing her up into the light

She belongs in the stars for all to desire
Like the brightest of planets for all to admire

Adversity Is the diamond dust 
When our spirits are low we all need to trust

Heaven polishes its jewels most magnificently 
Leaving such beauty for all to see
