Can I confess that your kiss
Was like the lightest breath on the wind
But warm, like the circling sun?

Can I confess that your hair
Was my favourite aspect of you,
Watching you fix it my joy?

Can I confess that I will always
Think of you, and hope that you're
Happy, and wish I were there?

Can I confess I wish I were better,
That one day we'll meet and remember
Each other, and what we once had?

This is beautiful JamesF. It touched me with a physical feeling inside 

that echoed an underlying sadness of thought, though the words were tender with truth
