of lovejuice.
Amniotic release
of newborn
flooding the sheets.
A small face
fastens wisely onto
one teat and
the next.
Tears of young rage
first blood of independence.
Hot sweats
flushes
shaking security's
rocks.
The ebb and flow
of tidal age.
Outside the crematorium
rain bursts down hard
upon our umbrellas.

I thought it intirguingly linking the waters and tears of this life; and maybe water can also bring to mind cleaning, new leaf, thirst quenched, baptism …
