Lumière de l'amour,
retour à la terre.
 
Vive la voix de la paix
mais pas le bruit brutal de la nuit.
 
Chaîne la chien de la haine!
Délier le lion d'alliance;
la courageuse colombe du coeur.
 
Abandonnez l'enfant de l'enfer!
Libérez l'esprit d'espoir!

Return to the land.

Long live the voice of peace
But not the brutal noise of the night.

Chain the dog of hate!
Untie the lion of alliance;
The courageous dove of the heart.

Abandon(abort)the child of hell!
Free the spirit of hope!

I only tried to write a poem in french because its a comment about the rise of the evil Marine La Pen's fascism in France.

I'd put 'A bas l'enfant de l'enfer' instead. it means down with, but I think it sounds good with the hard b - a bit like you're spitting in contempt.

Hi, insert.

I went with:

Abandonnez l'enfant de l'enfer!
Libérez l'esprit d'espoir!

The reason being the 'child of hell' is something that could grow into a monster but could also be avoided if people either don't vote for the Front National or the Left and Centre within france unite against the far right threat and vote for Macron.
