Just a quick bit of fun with the I P.

 

 

To have a change they say

can feel as good as a rest,

so an idea came to me

I'd put it to the test,

 

this task I've got in hand

so without further ado,

I'm going to dye these old

gray locks a lighter shade of blue,

 

It'll take quite some doing

cause this hair is very long,

gray don't take so easily –

but living dangerously isn't wrong.

 

If it don't suit me, well that's okay

too – but at least I'll have had a go,

it's nice to be different sometimes,

instead of going with the flow.

Sounds like a bit of fun, and an interesting experiment! Let us know how the experiment works (unless it's fictional). I had a vision of Anne of Green Gables' story of her buying something (from a gipsy I think) to try to change her red her, and it ending up green! But I'm sure these dyes are reliable nowadays, and blue rinse on grey should be easier than trying to disguise red hair. Rhiannon

Hi Jean,

I used to dye my hair every week when I was young, a mahogany colour, it looked really cool, but it was only from one of those toners sachets. I wouldn't go touching my hair with dye now...too much gray.
