In the Key of Memory
There was you
There was me
It was heavenly
A moment
In time
Intertwined destiny
You fitted
All of me
Safely, perfectly
You walked away
With the key
Now I’m locked in a memory

A nice wistful piece, Shannan. Sounds like a software reference at the end. Used widely as a metaphor these days, so why not here? I like it.

Thank you for sharing.
Jenny.
