Seasons

Autumn leaves
how familiar you seem
dancing to the tunes of the wind
gracefully you float
for all to be seen
your rich colour so beautiful and warm
yet you know
how to handle every windy storm
Quietly Winter steps in
another wonder
its beauty immaculate and clean
always remaining for those who has seen
Now there's a Spring in my step
in amazement soaring on an eagles wing
excitement is what you bring
In Summer it is the melodies
of praise that I sing
cascading and spiralling
in joyful rays
enjoying each season in different ways

Beautiful verse! Reminds me of Narnia!
Beautiful verse! Reminds me of Narnia! The language is pure and has a clarity and happiness. It is interresting that you start with autumn and end with spring and summer.
You must be a born optimist! Tom
