Breaking The Silence

Breaking the long black silence
they shyly sing
"darkness be gone
darkness be gone"
ancestral melodies
stir the still damp air
"light will come
light will come"
tiny shining eyes
watch from the trees
"see it rise
see it rise"
blazing white halo
lifts into view
"hear us sing
hear us sing"
unified euphoria
starts another day
"now we fly
now we fly".
