With purpose and complexity
Where are you from?
Through what connivance are you wrought?
In the hours when I myself go absent, is it
To walk along the lanes of your unconscious?
A stranger in the wanderings of your mind?

What a clever idea, that we
What a clever idea, that we each wander in others minds when we sleep. Makes me think of dreams being like narrow country lanes when on holiday where you can't see over the hedges and are never sure where you are or what will be round the next bend.
This is a beautiful poem, the last three lines particularly great
