21st Century Kids

Sitting in centrally heated homes in their T shirts,

Freezing and complaining when they are outside,

Because they didn’t know how cold it was!

What do they expect in April?

We had snow just last week!

When the Russians come we’ll be watching the wrestlers,

Joining the pantomime,

Playing computer games,

Watching endless facebook postings,

Lost on the internet,

We’re not really here at all.

What’s wrong with the music?

Why do they play such repetitive songs?

Well they’re not really songs,

They wouldn’t even have been given recording time in the old days.
