May you
five slap joy in wet feet
and carry boots
with large holes—
alligator almost caught toes
playing golf
in Florida. No look up
when flocks
dash by flying high.
Bedtime snores
and snuffles
mean tomorrow’s sun
will tippy-toe
on your forehead.
