sun shines on the garden flower bursts,
and in the dead wood floors
scattered primroses peep.

The primroses in our garden are so beautiful and keep spreading year by year, we didn't even need to buy any plants, they were probably bought on a breeze.
I liked your poem, it really brings Spring to life.

I love the way, in such a few
I love the way, in such a few short lines, you have really captured that juxtaposition between the old, dead, uncared for remnants of winter and the power of the new colourful growth of spring. Masterful! x

I like "little tended"!
I like "little tended"! Flowers like these seem like gifts dropped by the sunshine, I love going round seeing what has come up since the last time. "Peep" is a good word for primross, they do seem shy. And I love the rhythm
