soft as she is misty fleece cloud shadow
as drizzling breezes brush rustling reeds
quivering shiny ripples on a serene pool
glide murmur swish flow cascades fall

as smooth hair touch of breath on skin
cherished cuddle kisses sing whispers
tender joyful romance delicate desires
gentle dreams sigh and soft as she

Undeserved, thanks for the kind comment Rhiannon and yes, that is the mood of the poem. I've never heard of the word onomatopoeic it sounds like a very big word, I take your word it does exist.

Apat from being a very difficult word to spell! it is to do with words that sound like what they mean eg splash! cuckoo, sizzle, bang, whisper …

What I meant was that the words of your verse seemed to create by their sounds the feeling of softness that you wanted to convey. Rhiannon

I love the delicate feeling of this poem Nolan. Like floating on air with a loved one, wrapped in each others arms.
