I used to be told to try 'She sells seashells on the seashore' and the 'Peter piper picked a peck of pickled pepper' one or just 'Red lorry, yellow lorry' repeated a number of times! Rhiannon

Yes Paul. The simpler the better and I loved that "red lorry yellow lorry" of Rhiannon! I can hardly get to the first repitition. But my brother's effort takes the cake.
