Wedding Days
By Paul McCann
On wedding days we say for better or for worse . In others words you always put the other first . For richer or poorer, throw away that old purse Look after each other , be the doctor , the nurse , the lover who would give until the heart would burst , A married woman is the Queen of love that’s brings . happiness to the home and in everything . Marriage is what makes a man feel like he’s a King A future together is no throw away thing , Eternal is the symbol of a wedding ring . Wedding days are those forever days that we share. They are one of life’s special moments that are rare. Exchanging vows are just like a heavenly prayer, Spoken straight from the heart and soul to remember to cherish and to love and to always be there .

Nice job. I liked the rhym scheme quite a bit- almost gave it a hymnal feel (is that word hymnal?) like at a wedding. Anyway, I could be wrong but is the line exchanging vows are like a heavenly prayer a typo (it feels like it should be is instead of are). I guess it depends on whether you mean for the vows to be "exchanging vows" (ie. exchanging is descibing a motion of the vows being exchanged) or like the action of you and your wife exchanging vows (in which case you would want are to become is because you're describing a single action). Either way, I think you did a good job overall. Especially, by juxtaposing the past with the present to show the perpetuity of love and marriage.
