Some January colour

Cloudy patterns in the sky,
sinking sun can touch, apply
hues of red, a tinge of fire –
colour that can cheer inspire
when the daytime views are dark,
sky above has transient spark!

The time that the sun is sinking seems to be significantly later than it was a month ago. Great news! I love this time of year.
This is a lovely poem with a lovely photograph.

Hi Rhiannon,
There's nothing better than a sky that's so full of such gorgous colours. I loved your poem of expression, it went with the photo and captured that scene so well.

Hi Rhiannon
We noticed and marvelled at the beautiful sky the other night too. Your poem got it just right.
