The sea has sucked the water from the shore
The pebbles and the weeds all glinting there
We search and fill our pockets - tar and glass
The stones that will be blanketed so fast
Let us lean into the wind beside the rocks
Let us listen to the hush in white seashells
Let us stand against the waves as they rush in
And let us swim o lord let us swim

I loved the sound of "listen
I loved the sound of "listen to the hush in white seashells". You have created a sense of happy go lucky beachcombing in the first part, and panic as the tide comes in, in the second, two very different aspects of the beach, maybe of life?
