A call - ever sweet

when you greet

a lady when you meet

kin or a lady on the street

as sister to your mother

nurturing you as a sinister

with no less love than her sister

as Mausi – sister of your mother

helping her sister, elder

that develops a relation

mutual love and adoration

hence the lady on a street

is too thrilled if you greet

as Mausi the sweetest address

thrusting on her in life to redress

the needs, that come on your way

and she comes to aid you in the fray

the addressee's lifelong- burden

cares she with long-lasting relation

as in Indian custom and tradition

since a baby, learn, we such a lesson

know we by a name a new person

before in him, we find play-full fun

Thus addressing them all

since as a child very small

thrusting the responsibility

to its help as his bounden duty

thus society gets blest

harmony is harnessed

instilling in it a demand

till old age those stands.

A true illustration I cite

with gratitude thus I write.

 

Biolasini A Mausi to all

justified the sacred call

to her kin or any person

own or outside blood relation

stood beside the man

all help in her life span

as Mausi in real term

exemplifying Indian norm

hence lo behold! the tears shed

when in procession she was led

to Swarg Dwar a burial ground

a rare scene around ever found

tears of pathos and prayers

filled  around the pyre, the air

honored was, she as Mausi - call

Hi Mausi! By her own and alien all

exemplifying as Mausi, her duty

and the tears befittingly shed by society.

Man is born and once will die

Run after honor and chair, high

but Mausi Bilasini stayed as a lady common

honoring and justifying the tradition

commanding tears of gratitude

from the society around in a multitude

Holding on to a good tradition

she stood by the noble relation.

Soon with time, she may be forgott4en

but to Lord, for her work she must be own.
