Have you ever been told,

 

"Hey I hope you've been doing well!"

Have you ever not known how to answer?

 

How to piece together a broken mess of a mirror

Bleeding from each shard that stabs you

And say to them with a lop-sided grin

 

Tinged with blood

I say with a cracked voice

Hoping you'll see me

"Im great! What about you?"
