For As Long As

Whether our passing is marked
as cind’rous remains
in pottery or pewter vessels,
victims of a well-urned fate;
or as a box-meal for
a generation of worms;
or as near-smoothed,
once sharp-carved letters
on a leaning headstone
in an agnostic cemetery;
or even by a lit candle
near the entrance to a church,
for as long as someone
remembers us, we still live.

In quiet moments, we always
In quiet moments, we always remember those loved ones. It maybe an item, a fragrance, a song, or even a photo, but we can never forget their memory.
A beautiful tribute of a poem.

Death in memory
This is good. I liked its flow, and your clever use of words - 'a well-urned fate' is a superalative phrase. A well-deserved cherry Ewan.

Lovely.
Best as always
