Do you like this colour?

Thank you Turlough. It was actually a conversation I was having with myself, painting over some dark red, four coats of cream but the red was coming through and I kept asking myself, 'is this a bit orange?'. 

I didn't know that but it's interesting because some of the plant companies seem to be pushing peach themes in their bedding collections. Farrow and Ball, Sulking Room has always appealed to me. I want a room where I can look at pink walls and feel aggrieved.

Some shocking colours had been put on those walls. I could see the edges, dark red, pea green, dusty earthy brown, it's like intrusive thoughts of previous occupants. I've settled for something like the background colour on this site actually. Thanks for your comment, Di.

Thank you, Luigi. I always tell myself that I won't do any more decorating and I'll get someone in to do it but then I see how much it costs and end up DIY. It's not that bad, except for the ceilings. I appreciate your comment and thank you for following Spencerx

Thank you Penny. All those descriptions popped into my head while I was painting. The good news is that the colour is actually alright.

When you hate something but try to conceal it in fancy lies. Our government have stopped trying.
