I was thinking a bit like Jenny, Tom, that it's probably useful to note your feelings in the experiences, but try not to dwell on it too much, and be glad to fill the present as usefully and happily as you can! Rhiannon

Thanks Jenny, Thanks Rhiannon! And I am sure it could be of meaning to others as well. Really hope so!

We just came here my vicinity from a 12 hour blackout, anyway it went well for quite a while, ten days in a row free of loadshedding recently, and over Easter. The glass is almost 3/4 full! Usually if it is more than 2 hours it is not loadshedding it is infrastructure damage or technical failure often with increased demand.

This is a collection of stories of my experiences of psychiatric treatment in South Africa, I have them in order as far as I could. The stories are true.

15 years ago I was again hospitalised for four months or so and after that put in a welfare rehab midway kind of home for another four years. I am not telling those stories I feel it is better for everyone, probably then later, but not now.
