The Cunning Plan

After kicky boy scratched and stabbed the newly painted wee weird door, thought about many things. Mostly vengeful fantasies. Stringing him up by his ankles, suspended under a bridge. All very Masonic. (Imagined him upside-down, wearing striped tights, like the guards at the Vatican for some reason. Probably a tarot card). Sadly, but just as well, I don’t know any Cosa Nostra who might help him sleep with the fishes.
Pondered instead, how to cover up the marks. How to protect wee door from future spite. The thought of sanding, filling and painting again, made my heart sink. A brass kick plate perhaps, but screwed on vertically, except that might be scratched worse than the paint had been. Nevertheless, googled brass door plates for a look, and found the solution.
A Green Man fingerplate.
It’s intended to be fitted above a door handle, to stop marks from hands, but it looks amazing screwed onto the middle panel, covering 99% of the marks. There is one small repair needed, that I can easily fill and repaint. But Green Man looks suitably cunning, staring you out. And doubt anyone could unscrew him, as mangled at least three of the four screw-heads in the process of fixing him on.
Green Man has changed the energy. Disempowerment reversed. Gloom lifted.
All is well.
As I slowly turned each brass screw, swirled-in spell words of protection, connection, to the deep dark forest, the ancient wood, the wood wee door is made of, this door was once a tree. Green Man welcomed home, drawing only good energy, to wee tree-door.
Black tourmaline absorbs negative energy. Put the piece on the inside of the door to absorb any kicky boy has left. But mostly, to absorb my energy towards him; Cosa Nostra fantasies and such.
Bada-bing, Bada-boom.

Vengeful fantasies
That's a very good way of dealing with the results of kicky boy's terrible habit but, for me, you didn't need to go past the vengeful fantasies of your first paragraph,
I hope there will be no need for a part two to this tale.

Read your story
Read your story a few times doesn't make any sense to me, on purpose? Or is this some follow-up? Or some weird dream or something?
See you around! Tom
