Dear Dear, this love letter's for you.

Though I'm not too sure where to start.

Should I just say how much you mean,

And express how you've touched my heart?



Though you've not really touched my heart;

Not in the literal sense, at least.

To do that, you'd be some surgeon,

Or maybe some mythical beast.



Should I say you're the nicest thing,

That my eyes feel they have glanced at?

That implies I just love your looks,

And I certainly don't mean that.



But I had better go before,

I get all slushy and gushy.
