Would you like a pear my dear
Or maybe several prunes?
Or even twenty raisins
That look just like Martin Clunes?
An apple with a dent in
Where I dropped it on the ground?
A lovely piece of melon
Or banana that's gone brown?
The peach is nice and juicy
And the pineapple's quite nice
But steer clear of the oranges
With segments full of lice,
Would you like a pear my dear

'Cos it's chocka-full of roughage
And will regulate your poo!
