Desolate Abbi

Rain falling.
crashing into a desolate Girl,
mobile phone dead in one hand,
hand written letter sodden in the other.

a most disturbing peice of poetry,
written to drive the reader insane,
Guilt at what the letter tells,
fear for the writer

Suicide in the words,
'i am going to die'
guilt in the sentance
'and i blame you'

the letter stated a last chance,
'ring me or i fly'
running out towrds their home
the phone dies first

Abbi screams at the sky
Benjamin looks to the floor
rain continues to fall,
on a pair about to die.
