You cling to his back with need
I fill my shoulders with muscle, let them hang
By my heavy sides and I don't want to breathe
My body is full with this heat
Wearing the stain of my love on my sleeve
As you finger the mould of your man
Not frightened of you but what I can do
What I feel, burning in the dead night
As he crosses the bed for you
Skin on skin between hot sheets
Whispering away a world of your secrets
Without mine, my fire has no fight
