Skipping stanzas

Odd how intermittent
is this line I wrote.

It began solid blue,
full of cerebral substance.

Soon, thoughts evaporated,
then my strophes.

Each part-born letter
was only half-formed.

Too bad I could not
finish writing.

The flow and the ideas
dried up at the same

time the ink did.
