You are the one
Who has crossed
The borders
Of Aztlan
The Temple of
The Feathered Serpent
Has been here
Perpetually
Our rain
Does not cease
Our moon
Is a tree
The footprints of
Our mothers
Float
On the springs of
The deer peaks
Our psalms
Are written
On the palms
Of the
Blue leaves
—There are flowers
That fall
In the place
Of light
There are gardens
That glow
In the clouds
Of night—
You are the one
Who has crossed
The borders
Of Aztlan
The Temple of
The Feathered Serpent
Has been here
Perpetually
