Can I borrow you sun
just for awhile? At least until these
tears subside
you see my little girl has gone astray
met this guy who turned her head
took her up and down the
ladder of life
and now she’s gone away. I see
her now and then
hair orange and blond and--
sorry these eyes of mine like a waterfall
hard to explain how she could leave
without any goodbyes. Do you
think she’ll ever come back again?

Such a sad poem Richard, but very well put
together, with hopefully a light at the end
of the tunnel.
Jenny.
