Grateful that I knew

enough not to trust her.

So no one was really betrayed

and very little lost when she proved

a false friend.  She finally pulled

out her dull knife and carved me

an end to all this wandering.

Did she care?  No, she just wanted to

see me bleed. It’s red.

Yep, does it for me too.  Parson's observation about the structure is spot on and personally I'd go the rest of the way and get rid of the capitalisation.  Really good pome.
